2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and payment verification. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST. Orders are confirmed only after successful UPI payment verification by our team. We accept payment via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates — typically 30–60 working days depending on the product. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs, logistics, or manufacturer lead times. ecom India is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Warranty

All ecom instruments come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

ecom India's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

1. Data We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, shipping address, company name, and GSTIN. We also collect payment reference details (UTR numbers) for verification.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to: process and fulfill your order, send order confirmation and status emails, and contact you regarding your purchase. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g. courier services).

3. Data Storage

Account credentials are stored locally on your device with passwords hashed using SHA-256. Order records are stored in your browser's local storage and in our email system. We do not operate a central customer database.

4. Cookies

This website uses browser local storage to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We use Google Fonts and a QR code API for display purposes.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing piyush@ecom-india.com. You may also delete your account data by clearing your browser's local storage.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the payment has been verified but goods have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email piyush@ecom-india.com immediately.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is: (a) defective on arrival, (b) damaged during shipping, or (c) incorrectly shipped. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

3. Refund Process

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original UPI account within 7–10 working days. Shipping costs for returns due to customer error are borne by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, calibrated, or modified cannot be returned. Consumables such as sensors and electrochemical cells are non-returnable once opened.
